The concept
I travel.
When I travel I have to eat.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
The most common breakfast on the menu is two eggs overeasy, wheat toast, bacon and potatoes.
Why wouldn't I compare diners, restaurants, greasy spoons by eating the most common meal offered from 2am to Noon.
Conversations around the breakfast table tend to be entertaining, often reliving the night before.
Each place usually has somethingthat makes it unique.
Oh, and it tastes really good.
